Your skin needs regular care to remain smooth and vibrant. There are a lot you can do to prevent some of the signs of aging. How fast your skins ages is influenced by the lifestyle you have.

 

 

Here are some tips to prevent premature skin aging:

1) Drink water. Water is the main constituent of cells and it helps the body flushing out waste materials generated in metabolic activities through pores and urine

2) Don't smoke. Cigarette smoke is very damaging to your skin. Smoking increases wrinkles and dryness significantly.

3) Avoid too much sun exposure. The sun's UV (ultraviolet) rays contribute to wrinkles, sun burn, dryness and in the worst case skin cancer. If you are outside for a long period of time don't forget to apply sun screen. And remember that clouds do not protect from UV rays.

4) Eat vegetables and fruits. One of the most important factors on our skin health is what we eat. Fruits and vegetables gives your body vitamins and antioxidants which helps keeping the skin tight and youthful.

5) Regular exercise. Exercise helps the blood flow, contributing to a more healthy and youthful appearance. It will also give you more energy to help you look and feel younger.
